Each Holiday Certificate is sponsored by a company who wants to reward a customer with one of our holidays. Each certificate has a unique number printed on it meaning it can only be redeemed once.

Your certificate entitles you to a holiday as outlined on the certificate. Each tour on our website has a "Package Rate", when you have a valid certificate you are exempt from paying the "Package Rate". Most of our packages include free travel and accommodation, but please check your certificate for full details.

To redeem your certificate just complete the coupon on the certificate and return it to our office as instructed. We will then send you your Booking Pack by return with a range of travel dates up to 18 months ahead to choose from.
