The Switzerland/Austria trip we took in August was our second
holiday with European Vacations. We have nothing but praise for the way
the trip was organised, and for the two drivers and the courier who were
excellent for the way they looked after us and kept us fully informed
about all areas visited and all the trips we could take on the coach -
and there was plenty of "pit-stops" during the tour. The food and
accommodation at the hotel was more than adequate and totally
satisfactory as were the staff at the hotels. Must also say the coach
was luxurious and very comfortable. We also enjoyed our trip with your
company to Paris in March which was also totally satisfactory.

Our trip to Switzerland and Austria over the summer on the Alpine
Highlights tour with European Vacations was a truly enjoyable and
memorable experience. Not only was the scenery spectacular, the locals
friendly and the weather superb, but the service provided by European
Vacations was more than we were expecting. With coach journeys to and
from all of the locations visited, despite the intense schedule of
sightseeing no one was ever tired. Each of the excursions was well
picked and the guide was very insightful and friendly. The hotels were
comfortable, cosy and the food at the hotels was greatly enjoyable and
nutritious. The on-coach facilities, including a toilet, DVD player and
screens and coffee and tea maker were well appreciated by all the
tourists and kept us entertained. Although most of the time the scenery
outside was sufficient in doing so. By the end of the holiday I 'm
certain everyone was sad that a superb four days had come to an end.

Mum and I had a wonderful time on the Alpine Highlights Holiday. The
areas were beautiful - spectacular views of magnificent mountains,
sparkling lakes and delightful villages. We took part in all the
excursions, which was a good decision as the trips were well - organized
and informative as well as fun. In fact both our drivers and tour guide
were excellent and the bus couldn't have been more comfortable. The
accommodation was fine and the Austrian hotel in particular was situated
in a perfect location - in a small village with local pubs and
restaurants and surrounded by mountains. We also enjoyed the food at the
Hotels. Thank you for a great holiday!

We were on your Venice Tour last November and loved it so much we
are booking the Italian Highlights this year. Our thanks to Debbie who
was really helpful at the office. Jason for keeping us entertained on
the coach and tours (with a wee twinkle in his eyes). Abbi for his
knowledge of Venice (a really nice chap as well)! Antonio and Carlo for
having the skill to manage the Lake Como roads (GREAT DRIVERS) You have
a team second to none! Well done and all the best.
